Driving down from Norfolk to South Devon we fancied stopping off en route.
Britstops location 38 is just south of Swindon and within 5-10 minutes of Junction 15 of the M4, so ideal if you want to break your journey.
Its a pick your own farm with a nice shop selling produce, a kids playground and a small animal park.
The friendly ladies in the shop said we could park up anywhere we wanted on their field / car park which is big enough for even the largest motorhome. There are toilets and a water tap provided and, according to the Britstops book (www.britstops.com) , electricity too although the shop staff were not sure about that.
If you need to make an early start in the morning bear in mind that the farm gates are locked until about 0900.
We enjoyed superb tea and home made cake from the shop plus we bought some raspberries and a quiche and paid £11.10 altogether - bargain!
