Sounds like its not igniting, we had to replace the PCB on our Old van with same symptoms.
Or could need a new burner

Is this on electric or gas? Did you remove the vent cover outside?

Looks like yours is gas only
English follows the German instructions
Broken Link Removed

4. If there is air in the gas
supply line, it may take up to
a minute before the gas is
available for combustion. If
the appliance switches to
„Failure“ during this period,
switch off the appliance -
wait 5 minutes - and switch
on again

i dont know if this will help but we too have a truma...gas only...the first one i think...camper is 25 years old.
also ours doesnt work,we dont get the red light as ours is the pc board...according to our hab man.so maybe because the red light is coming on its not quite as broken as ours?

when you hear the clunk of the gas solenoid can you also hear the igniter making a ticking noise, if not it could be something simple like the circuit board not located properly (just needs a gentle push down) there is also a tiny fuse on the circuit board that might have blown worth checking out, this might also apply to your's pamella
