Zenec E3715 Radio / Sat Nav - Fiat Ducato (1 Viewer)

I have a Zenec E3715 Radio / Sat Nav Combo Unit in our 2015 Ducato / Burstner Ixeo. I've noticed that there is a small Interface Unit in the storage compartment on the top of the dashboard in front of the passenger seat. The Unit has 3 USB Sockets on the Top with an additional USB Socket and what looks like an Aerial Socket on the side. Any idea what these Sockets can be used for?

The USB Sockets don't appear to work as Charging Points and also don't seem to function for playing music from a USB Pen Drive. Could the Aerial type socket be for some sort of 'Booster' to improve Radio reception?

We have a 2015 Burstner Nexxo with that interface box. We have loaded it up with USB sticks with mp3 files. Works for us with our Zenec unit (probably same as yours as same year).

Same here. Don't really bother with it but I remember testing with a USB drive and it definitely worked for me. Maybe check you are selecting the right input.

I'll give it another try with a USB this afternoon. I also seem to remember when we viewed the Van prior to purchase there was some sort of electronic Tag on the windscreen on the passenger side with a Cable running into the Pillar. It had been removed when we picked the Van up. Maybe some form of Aerial Booster ??
