Hi we need to update the software for our box. Tried on the pooter but site is all in German. Can we lock onto Astra 1 in the uk to do it via a download thro the dish?

It all depends on which Satellite Controller you have...

If you have the original "Half Moon" shaped one then yes, no problem

If you have the silver retangular one (which only gets Astra 2 and Hispasat) then No.

Remember that after updating it resets to German and you need to set the language back to English.
