On my quest for proper strong continental type lager on a motorcycle ride out a couple of weeks back I came across some Kestral Super lager at 9%.
What I call proper Tramp lager.
So I bought what was on the shelves and slung them in the top box. Sadly one exploded on the way home but most survived. Surprisingly enjoyable with a very large Scotch chaser.
I only have the one of each though.
£1.99 each.
I hardly drink beer / lager these days not least of all because the mainstream stuff available in UK shops is awful and so weak now and I'm just not an "Ale" fan where it seems there are more options.
