probably because there is a message at the top of the page there that says below, also a redirect to the moany forum that jim set up a while back, crumpy something or other..

Sorry- The Belly locker is closed at the moment, no matter how much I insist that Brexit is taboo people keep arguing about it. Hardly surprising given where the country is at the moment, but these threads almost always end with people falling out and that is not what this place is about.
We've done a week without the belly locker now and I must say, I miss it a little but it's nice not to have the report button pressed.

Meanwhile, people are more than welcome to discuss Brexit over at CrumpyGunts. Very little moderation and no one cares if you call each other names. >>>Crumpygunts
