thankfully it won't catch me, wouldn't use nat west bank if it was the only one left on the planet, awful bank..
 
Apparently my TV licence expired as they could not renew it automatically as the payment failed🤔

I had a voicemail from "Bank Security" yesterday and it was genuine!

They identified which bank was calling and addressed me by name. The number to call them matched their number in my Contacts.

They had put a stop on a large online payment I'd made, and had temporarily blocked my card.

It felt strange saying "thank you" and not having to tell them to S@d off!!
