I have a 2009 Autotrail Cheyenne on a Ducato 2.3l base. I've just fitted wireless reversing sensors, using a feed from one of the reversing lights to activate the wireless unit.
I've now found that the dash bulb failure warning light is glowing constantly. A bit of research shows that this can occur with bad earth, incorrect wattage bulbs etc. All the running lights are working fine so I assume fitting the reversing sensor has triggered the warning as the base vehicle gizmo is expecting a different resistance from the circuit.
Is there a work-around for this or do I just put up with it, please?
