x perience tablet (1 Viewer)

Away in the moho at the moment, 2020 Pilote740C . The xperience tablet just inside the hab door has decided to stop working.
Only shows the time. Any ideas anybody please.

Normally just tap the screen to wake it up, if that doesn't work try removing hook up if connected then switch off larger of the switches by entrance door .This should shut tablet down completely then switch back on to restart tablet.

I will try this. Do you mean the switch low down near the step switch, or the one right up in the top corner next to the Truma panel ?

You have a different model to me , but on mine its the squarest switch that has a 0 and 1 on it ,press 0 end of switch to turn everything off. Make sure hookup is disconnected ie you are on battery only.

Hi there try taking the memory card out then reinstall it this seems to work for me

Thanks for the replies people. But at the moment it has started working gain, which considering i have not done anything, it is a bit strange. Let you all know if and when it plays up again.
