    Hi Nic

I have used them in the past without any problems. Found their prices to be very competetive with good delivery times.

Hope you can buy them at those prices because they look about 18 months out of date! Unless he is selling them cheaper than he buys them

nice guy, helpful, competitive prices, though I've not used him for a while

is [or perhaps was] active motorhomer so can be useful contact for queries,
used to run one of the best of the motorhome discussion / information forums around

Yes, we are pleased to announce John's Cross are our newest dealer. They are a great company and we are glad to have them on board with us! :thumb:
The reason they are cheaper than us Nic is because we dont sell to the Public. It is important to us to make sure we look after our dealers and sit behind the scenes.
We will come into play for the more technical stuff or if a customer had a problem with a Generator.

Decided not to bother in the end, they answered my first email then ignored me after that despite having an order for approx £1500. If thats the sort of service I am going to get when I want to buy something then what's the service going to be like if I have a problem ?

would rather pay more than pay less and have poor customer service.

Good news that - Johns Cross have a very good reputation and I have used them in the past.

My comment about buying your gennys cheaper elsewhere was a little tongue in cheek Simon, I appreciate you cant seen to be selling them cheaper than your dealers otherwise you would end up with no dealers !!

now thats the million dollar question, intial investigations indicate.... maybe !

need to print off the list of tank sizes and see what fits. its either that or gaslow but the costs are the same and I would prefer to free up my locker for chocks and hook-up leads etc...
