On a recent visit to the WWT at Caerlaverock in Dumfries & Galloway I saw they allow MH to stop over night in their car park.
It's not really wild camping as they charge £5 a night. There are toilets in the centre during opening times but other than that no facilities.
If you like bird watching this time of year the centre is full of birds over wintering here. Lots of Swans and Geese and other wild fowl can be seen from comfortable heated viewing hides
