You see? It is the bloody people at DVLA that are the problem.

Should they sack the lot and start again? Maybe in NE or Scotland as I always get good service from call centres there.

I think the vast majority do come back fairly quickly. Only the ones having problems seem to post. This is quite normal. It’s the same with all things, the ones having no problems don’t feel the need to post that they haven’t had problems.

Haven't used that part of the licence for more than 25 years so couldn't see the point.
