'WORD LENS' App

Tried using this yesterday and when I 'hovered' my phone camera over a French sign, it reversed to sign's text (as if viewing backwards writing on a mirror).

What am I doing wrong?

Does it require a subscription? Or is it because I was trying to read a sign on the PC?

Don't know , does it make a difference if you hold phone another way up ?
This is the closest thing to magic that I have seen , amazing app .

Mmm, doesn't make a difference on mine , even if I lock tablet in portrait mode it still spins around .

Crazy technology , always baffles me . ask a 7 year old !

If you were viewing an image on a monitor it might be due to the scanning/raster - and why stage coach wheels went backwards in the Wild West.
