Being serious for a minute we had a very sick dog the other week, I’ll spare the details but coming out of both ends. Main concern was getting him out of the van and to safe place as quickly as possible. I can always excuse one night, but if it‘s normal behaviour then like any disturbance it is not welcome.

Unless we’re leaving the van, our door gets opened in the morning and closed when we go to bed. Have to open the back doors a little more often, but they stay open until whatever I’m doing is finished.

I know all about Whoosh Bang Doors, wait until you have the builders, plumbers, and sparkys in next door for a month or more, then they block your drive also...oh sorry mate!
Trouble is there are "Door Closer" types, but then "Door Slammers" too.
