Wonder what some club wardens would make of this rig.....

That looks great some marvelous ideas there, so what would make it illegal in this country, something is bound to.

Weight probably, with all that extra steelwork and timber its likely to be overweight even on a 7.5 Tonne chassis.

what an amazing and beautiful home..

it didn't say what country they're in at the moment or where they built the 'castle', but mention was made of new zealand and from their accents they are kiwis, and out there, there are some perfectly legal and amazing house trucks..
so much more opportunity for that way of life there with the build they have..
would imagine that caravan club wardens would have a blue fit if that rolled in their gates..
sad really..

Very very clever ! And so innovative too !

On a UK car forum I go on there was a thread "house truck " where a couple built one very similar in New Zealand..

It didn't look like they have moved it. Could not imagine turning a corner with that. It didn't look practicull. .....too heavy.

As long at it has side windows, I would allow it to camp. Have you seen the footprint of some of the tents these days??

Impressive with some really clever ideas. But would be too impractical in this country. I think insulation would be an issue.

I really did like the under bed storage spaces though. Excellent.

Make a good chicken coop..
