We are in a dodgy reception area with the internet disappearing at will; so I thought I'd get our New Year wishes in early while we (are sober and) have a connection.

We have been making our plans for next year and hope you have too. We foresee a mixture of problems, exciting times, hurdles and opportunities ahead. We'll do our best to approach them all with a smile and are determined to have a happy new year.

Wishing you a new year that starts well and just gets better.
