My new ones were about £65 from Halfords but then they are expensive on most things lolI can't see 15 quid ones being much good when branded ones are 50 - 70 quid.
I think its a one off reduction. It says they are Which approved.I would think for the conditions they are designed for they will work
Personally I would want to know why they are so cheep
If they come of the tyre and land on the road its probably not a big issue
If they come off and tangle around your drive shafts that could be fun
Like chains the more you pay the better they are. The costlier ones are easier to fit and self centre and tension. The cheep ones are the work of the devil
If you get them practice fitting them
You don't want the first try to be when you are stuck in the dark somewhere
