Windscreen shock... (1 Viewer)

All very pertinent to my case: I have a very broken windscreen (cracked from a chip on the bottom edge to about 2/3rds of the height) on my Le Voyageur which is being dealt with by Autoglass. I'm insured with C&MC.

Is it being done locally or somewhere else, just for future reference as we are roughly in the same area of the country as you.(Barnard Castle)

As yet I don't know. I contacted the Insurance Company, they gave me a number for Autoglass, rang the number, was asked for vehicle details (they hadn't heard of the make, then they rang me back a few hours later and asked for the details again, and then emailed. They asked me for photos of the vehicle, VIN plate, and the info in the corner of the screen. Now I'm waiting for them to get in touch. It's been nearly a week. I'll keep you posted on developments.
