Apple limitations could be a reduced choice of applications

So far, I've found them all to be extremely reliable,
which is more than I can say of my previous experience of MS products.

Also, you rarely get to open an apple hardware device to add a newer bit of tech to it
I assumed that was the limitation being mentioned but apple mac fans aren't worried about that or avoid seeing it as a key selling point.

For the record, I am manufacturer agnostic and just get those devices that suit me. i.e. after a Magellan GPS I got a Garmin, I love my iPhones, I have a PC Desktop I built via Chillbast that was great value for money.
I even finally own French motor vehicles

I've noticed there seems to be several instances of attachments not opening for some people on the forum tonight. I wonder how many of the folk unable to view links are using Apple versus Android/Windows?
I'm on Android and having no problems.

The Verbier resort story is OK on Windows 10 Desktop and iPad 4 mini.
Any bases not covered?
Have you another example? Although now I’d only have feedback on iPad mini

Given that all computers use the 7 Layer OSI model why do you think that Wndows/Android/Windows may have an issue opening a document, where do you think that if something could not be opened against this model where is the most likeliest Layer that may cause an issue or not at as the case may be.
