"Windows Explorer" replacement with smart pasting

Hi Folks

I'm looking for a replacement or add-on to copy and paste files more intelligently than Windows Explorer. Instead of the simple, crude warning that the folder already exists I want the thing to give me more options such as:

- replace older files
- replace all files
- mirror the source folder
etc

Please note: I'm not looking for a disk organiser or something to organise my files, I simply don't want that old and obsolete "this folder already exists" message.

Has anyone found one?
