I have a Desk Top Computer running Windows 10 and using AOL.
I recently had to have a new Hard Drive fitted.
The shop reloaded Windows 10 for me.

Since I have had it back the "Mail" App is not showing any of the incoming e-mails.
I can see and read these OK on the AOL Desktop page.

I run the same system on this laptop and that is working okay.
I have tried all sorts of "settings" and checked the ones against this laptop but don't seem to be able to get it to work.

Presume that there is some sort of "link" setting that I have not got right.
Has anyone got any ideas as to how to fix it.
Many thanks

I got fed up with my Windows 10 computer last year as I couldn't get the Mail app to work at all. Microsoft customer helpline took control of my computer remotely and couldn't sort the problem, they even uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail, they had no idea how to sort the problem so I had to resort to using Mailbird. Got so fed up with 10 that I binned the computer and bought an iMac - should have done it years ago, so much better!

Thanks for that.
I seem to have heard of a number of users who have switched to iMac.
Might try it next time.

There was a period a few months after the installation (which I did during the free period) when my email app stopped working. It started working again, as did many other apps that had never worked, after an update last autumn. Perhaps the reload didn't include the updates?
