Window stay (1 Viewer)

One of the screw knobs or window stays as i would call them has been over tightened at some point and it has split the plastic Knob part that i have circled in red
So can a replacement plastic knob part ( the plastic part that goes around the stay ) be replaced , or must a whole new arm be bought.
Also where would i get a replacement and what is it called.
