many people swear by Brasso, followed by a polish with silver duraglit. I have used this myself. As with anything, try a small area first.

Bought some cream from a caravan dealer when we were tuggers. Can't remember what it was called but it was a small yellow tube and it worked on the faint scratches you get when you use a gritty sponge (it was the wife, honest). Don't know if it would work on yours but it's worth a try. ::bigsmile:

Hi,
Rubbing, or cutting, compound for paint works really well.
I do not like metal polish (Brasso) as it is slightly acidic

Old fashioned remedy to remove stratches - fag ash mixed with a little water and rub carefully.

For any fallout, black spots, etc on plastic windows, I have used a clay bar with lubricant, often used with car valeting. Works really well without leaving marks.

Why not?

It is lovely down these parts. We just live with the scratches, else it'd be like the 4th bridge!
Hope you're both keeping well.

Brasso also works on plastic sunglasses lens and plastic watch glasses - magic.

One of my kids scraped a badminton racket across a window and I used Colgate toothpaste and a dirty sock (one of the kids!) and it took the scratch out a treat.

I was dubious about Brasso but it did a very good job. It was recommended too me to finish off with furniture polish. Nick

Not what I would recommend.

Brasso is full of chemicals that will attack the acrylic plastic windows.

You can buy lots of different products that will not harm the windows.
I have in the past bought some for using on a pinball machine.
Or as suggested above the product from caravan suppliers.
