Hi, Can anyone kindly tell me how the handles and window retainers are screwed to the black piece in the window panel? Same applies to top of window stay? See attached photo

screwed to the black piece in the window panel

Thanks for the answer, but please read the question more carefully, not into window frame, where there are obviously screws, but to the window panel.
Many thanks

Since 2007. But no more.
The levers slide off the window bar, and the screws are underneath.

Polyplastic Caravan Window Stay. Polyfix. Lever Lock Catch. Single.
This type is fixed to the window by sliding onto a dovetail. To remove, insert a small pin or nail into the hole and slide off.

Ah, that makes sense, many thanks! My MH has the side window behind the drivers seat secured by right angled brackets, which I have undone today to free the window. It appears possible from Ebay to buty replacement stays, handles and securing catches, but I couldn`t work out how they are secured to the black bits inside the window panel, which are presumably inserted and glued at point of manufacture

To remove the catches from the window there is a tiny hole in the bracket, push a fine but stiff piece of wire into this hole, then the top slides off. Hope this helps.
Cheers, Dave(y)
