Window catches on Swift Escape .g

I am getting a quote for a replacement window and once i receive the price i will send the old window to the supplier.but they are asking me to remove the window fittings before sending. It looks like they slide off and there is a small hole that may have a screw or press release but very small hole. Any ideas before i get to heavy handed.

Hi all just had a good quote from EECO caravan windows and have sent my broken one to them.They have a bit of a back log so say it could be eight week to make so may have to put back traveling to Europe for a while. I still have a new Habitation to get done plus fridge service and second new Gasit bottle to be fitted with body mounted filler.
