Window blind

Can the spring loaded window blinds be purchased without buying the whole interior plastic surround? My blind doesn’t go down. I’ve retensioned it a few times but it only works for a short while then loses tension again.

Yes you can usually purchase the innards, however, you may be able to re-tension the blind yourself, which should save you some brass.
