We're in Windermere for a few days on the cc club site ....has anyone had any trouble with the satellite receiver for their TVs we've got a Vudome and it's not picking up anything also no phone signal !! Cheers xx

Don't know about satellite signal but the Lake District is notoriously bad for mobile phone signal, we always struggle and find the coverage very random & patchy throughout. Have tried using EE, Vodaphone & BT SIMs. Enjoy, the Lake District is lovely and expect you are having great weather there at the moment.

Try this experiment:
Switch off the TV & the phone
See if you get an improved "holiday feeling"
I find it difficult to NOT look in on FUN when we're away, but when I can't get on t'internet I do relax into my break much better

(I know, I know; some people do need to keep in contact with relatives, work etc )
