Well this is an interesting as the rules posted in the PDF were different from those given on this webpage https://www.caravanclub.co.uk/offers/competitions/

I'd say what harm can there be in trying. But I will ask them for clarification.

It makes no reference to being open to members only and states:

“There is no purchase necessary to enter the competition and there is no fee payable for entering the prize draw or receiving the prizes. Entry to the competition is limited to one per household.”
