Thanks for that link Linda. That's called double tow or triple tow (depending on who you talk to), and it's illegal in most states. A big subject of debate somewhere else. Legality aside, that guy had better plan his entry to and exit from fuel stations, because there's no way to back up without unhooking the car.

The trailer may contain another full size car or other toys he doesn't want to leave at home.

I recognize that place - it's the Yuma Foothills in Arizona. See the attached photo. All the (p)lots are zoned (have planning permission) for 3 RVs, although some pack more in. We have friends who own a lot there with hookups (water, electric and sewer) for 9 RVs.

I took this photo from the roof of our coach. IIRC it was late March or early April, and most of the snowbirds had left. A few days earlier they were leaving in droves because it gets unbearably hot there.

Barren? Can't you see all the trees on the hills and the greenery everywhere? Not quite like the green, green grass of home.

Yuma is in Southern Arizona, close to the border with Mexico. It's approx 440 miles from Death Valley, according to MS Streets & Trips.
