Will my double fitted sheet fit my queen size bed in the new van? (1 Viewer)

We're buying a Carthago with has a queen size island bed. I was wondering if my double fitted sheets will stretch to fit the mattress?

Just made enquiries with the 'housekeeper' and she assures me that they will fit.
Apparently that is what we use in our Carthago.

thank you all for your replies. I realise it may have seemed a trivial question but I thought that someone who already had a Carthago with a queen bed was the best person to know the answer. And in reply to SP1 who said ‘try it’ - we don’t collect it until February so that would have been impossible(the dealer is a long long way away )
At least I can relax and know that I don’t have to buy any new bedding.

UK Double 4'-6" x 6'-3". (True Queen is a US size 60" x 80"). UK King 5'-6" x 6'-6".
There is a Euro Size. 160x200mm. (6'-3" x 7'-8-3/4")

We Bought a UK King for the R-V, and had to return it for a SuperKing!.
