May sound like a daft question.

Entrance to our driveway has a small twist at the end (made more awkward by the Twunt we have to share access with).

So, if a 7m motorhome can be reversed down. Would a single axle caravan the same length to the a frame fit (using a motor mover not tow vehicle) ?.

Cant help really but met a couple with a tiny van and a motor mover as that was the only way they could get it onto their parking space.
Both vehicles are rigid and i would imagine if the same width it should fit.

When we had a caravan and a narrow drive the motor mover made a huge difference.

More than toes wet now!
Assuming the wheelbase of the caravan (jockey wheel to axle) is the same as, or less than, the wheelbase of the motorhome and the caravan is fitted with a motor mover you shouldn't have a problem.
A motor mover on a single axle caravan can spin it around on the caravan's centre point of the axle. It's a bit like a spinning top but, obviously, much slower rotation!
