The weather is not the best for cast for the next week or so if there is no improvement in the near future we will abandon out Scotland holiday for a bit further south
The damp and could is playing havoc with her in doors and causing unnecessary pane and discomfort
So think we will move south towards Devon Cornwall.
Traveling over the next week in that direction.
Need to warmer drier conditions
Knew we should have went to the continent

Weather forecast isn't bad for down here for the next week - but not a lot of sun I think but generally dry. :)
Just a very long way from where you are now. :(

We are in South Devon near Plymouth. The big problem here is you will find wilding a lot more difficult than in Scotland. I'm sure there are places but I can't help with suggesting any at the moment. Virtually all the coastal car parks have restrictions on overnight camping - and wardens to enforce them though I have seen someone park for a few days at Street Gate carpark near Torcross but that was out of season.
There may be more opportunities on the north coast, which is less densely populated.

Is that the parking by the tank?
It's got some coach parking bays that would take a motorhome but not sure how strict they are on this.
They were being used by contractors vehicles who were doing roadworks last time we were there (Sept 2016) but they may have had special dispensation.

Martin's never fished. He's had one lesson on casting in a field on a holiday meet near York. But he's confident he'll catch something in Norway! What that will be remains to be seen. And see you will, if its ever a fish!
