There is several options in Bowness. Go onto Glebe road, end of the road there is parking, after late afternoon the coaches, cars have moved on. This time of year it’s free. Every time we pay to go on ccc site there is always a couple, at least by there, by the graveyard end though. The other option is to park by the lake by the harbour, was £8 night, £15 for 3 nights. Although not supposed to be camping, so long as not taking mick, the parking blokey doesn’t move you on. This Ive been told when walking through and talking to mh which are clearly set up for the night.
Have also seen mh parked up for several weeks on road, down towards Bowness in Windermere town, just after the shops on left by a bit of a park.

Just a thought here but...Is this a means to increase the ratings you have? Just confused as to why you have the same question on here regarding wild camping or cls in the lakes?

So this is 3 questions in a month exactly the same results and nothing new from the original asker of the question!

That would NEVER happen in Westminster :D

Flipping heck, if I ONLY asked the same question 3 times I’d think I was doing well. My brain is like a sieve
