www.motorhomewifi.com have the iBoost and Solwise might do something too.
I've got a homemade one but don't use it much as free WiFi in Europe isn't common without a lot of searching in my experience. A mifi and data sim generally gives a faster connection though at a cost of course.
If we used a lot of CAMC sites in the UK it might be different as you could share a wifi subscription between more than one device though in theory they could block you as a few sites already do. We found one in France last year that blocked my booster.

Using the iboost at the moment, at Jim’s Jasmin and picking up the Caravan Club WiFi from next door, £25 for a year.
