Morning Funsters. Has anyone got tips on how to keep the daylight out? The blinds etc are not too bad but do let too much light in for me. I don't like wearing the eye cover things and I'm not allowed to paint the windows black.

I used 'black out' blinds when working nights and sleeping in the day. I think they were from Dunelm. They also supply 'black out' curtain linings.
