WHY O WHY O WHY do slaptops decide of thier own accord to do updates and reboots
just as you want to do something different.

thought i woud have a go in the chat room, found it, loaded it, got hellos from
2 peps did not get chance to get the names (sorry), then the B--------Y thing went
haywire on me. so will have another go but am a virgin on chat room so will
take a while to sort out what to doplease be patient

Try going to Control panel, open windows update, click on change settings, on dropdown menu highlight ' check for updates but let me choose whether to download & install '

you then have control of windows updates
