We had the Bailey and nothing went wrong at all until the wife was ill in France but couldnt stay in bed as you cant get to anything when the bed is down, also you have to go to bed at the same time and get up at the same time.

both vans are nice but Mo IMHO

.. small garage on the first van is there any on the 2nd?.

where does the tv go on the 1st, or when sitting in the captains seat put you tea or coffee etc and the small step i would keep forgetting that it was there

and as bluemooner stated that bed on the bailey could be awkward at times
and just think of all the sand and gravel that could go down the heating grids

but these are just my thoughts and only seeing pictures

Motorhomed for almost 7 years - now going nowhere!

You might be interested in our Burstner Nexxo t720. Look at the Becks Motorhome site and they have all the pictures of the one they sold us new in 2014. It has two single beds which we can recline during the day for a snooze after lunch.

We are now seriously thinking of giving up moorhoming.

Our first motorhome had a similar layout to the Bessacarr where the bed is at the back and the toilet and shower was beside the bed. We found the toilet and shower very very cramped. Almost impossible to move in. When we changed our MH we made sure we could actually use the shower.

I prefer the Bessacar layout with French bed , both low mileage so look ok.

We don't like dinettes for the lack of comfort value, sofas any day where you can put your feet up, and do you need those extra belted seats?

not long enough
we are auto gearbox fans and wouldn't chose anything without personally :)(y)

then we will be avoiding a bed that involves any cross over activity next time (getting too old) :)(y)

I have heard too many negative comments about electric drop down beds, love the idea just not sure I would want to depend on it

and I have learnt from above that some of those beds really are restrictive inside when down
