Are the Russians up to something with LPG in their cars?

Filling up to 100% hot day or filling up to 100% on a cold morning and then the day warms up or the car heating goes on expanding the gas tank falls fire ball.
I cant actually get any enjoyment from watching people burn to death or get serous injury with potential life changing consequences.
I witnessed a indecent when working in panama when a family of five were burnt to death
but for the ones that fill up with none refill bottles it should be a informative video.

I thought the cylinder truck was a good one.

I was shown this video pretty much in full whilst doing my driver CPC course, it gets much worse after this clip ends with cylinders exploding and flying through the air etc. I don't know if the driver of the truck got out or not, you can see someone running away to the left but that might have been the driver of the bus he hit. Anyway the point was made, secure your load properly.
