Well so,so sorry to tell you but reached 19 deg on the Algarve yesterday,had a lovely ride out on the scooter to Burgau and sat on the Verandah bar balcony and had an omelettes then rode back to Lagos and sat on the front and had a Lamumba,just to warm me up a bit!!No prizes but who knows what that is??

I thought the idea was to go somewhere to enjoy yourselves, not get sunburn, or frostbite.
I will carry on sitting in the van in my garden until spring.

Ha ha I have mental picture of this and I think its a fantasic idea. My van can be seen from my lounge window and I am often wishing I was out somewhere in it anywhere would do doesn't have to be hot !!

Woodburners are the rule. We just had a new one in October with a wrap around boiler, so it's plumbed into our C/H and "helps" the oil boiler, as well as looking and feeling great !!
But we still don't enjoy this cold winter weather much as we get 'less young' (( can't use the "O" word)) The body just feels better when the sun's on it !! Greece in April !!

My b****y boiler failed on Friday night - tempted to go and sit in the M/H with the Truma on but SWMBO said I was being silly. "Put another jumper on!" Engineer came today, can't get part till tomorrow. Good job it's not freezing here - 9.2 degrees at the moment.

It was Miami, but home now, it's 20 degrees cooler here in Kent, looks like the heating will be on full in a few minutes time

Yes, the man turned up at 3.00 pm, took him 10 minutes, nice and warm again now, just as well as I've had pleurisy for the last 5 days. Not pleasant!
