Ok , agree, try to get him to drop it if it suits you , plenty about at that price though.
I am trying for a 2006 or later as I have read that in Europe, particularly Germany, the only diesels you can be sure have the Green label are 2006 and later, although I have seen earlier diesels with a certificate on mobile.de.

Possibly ALP, U.S. company. They use the same transfers on theirs & made an Adventurer. Could have been an attempt to enter EU market

I think it’s an Ahorn camp. (Same company as Rimor and Kentucky)

Thanks, is that what you you would have expected, or should it have said something else?

Not long enough!
Might be worth trying to get insurance quotes?
Is there no paperwork at all that would help?

I saw that and wondered that the MOT person saw an '8' as a 3, otherwise, it is a weird amount to decrease mileage

He says there is some paperwork, but as his caravan place is closed until April (?) he is busy with construction on his house and hasn't gone through it, but says I am welcome to come have a look and go through it. He also says that he will be taking it off ebay tomorrow as it is too much answering peoples questions and doing the construction, as the MH is at the caravan place 30 minutes from his house. mmmmmm....

And that makes it a Euro 3 engine, so a 'Yellow' certificate for emissions. Not good, I think, for Germany..

many many years! since I was a kid
the mileage and removed decals are both indicators of a motorhome that has been stolen and cloned with a van. seen it a few times

Since 1996, had Elddis/Swift/Rapido/Rimor/Chausson MHs. Autocruise/Globecar PVCs/Compactline i-138
As soon as I saw the first picture I thought 'Rimor' as we used to have one! The decals are misleading though as they're not standard for any of the MHs made by the company (including other model names such as Kentucky etc).

This is very similar:

Seems as if dealer is trying to say it doesn't matter if it sells or not at the minute. An old trick so tread carefully.
I wouldn't buy anything from him unless it was dirt cheap and I thoroughly checked everything.

I'm an oldbie MH number 10
it's not A custom. It's a Rimor as identified.

However, walk away unless you have deep "contingency" pockets.

The dealer is too odd, in fact lets be honest he ain't a dealer he's a back street mogul looking for quick bucks.

wait, the right one will turn up.

If he is a dealer, he could do with improving his spelling.
Something doesn’t seem right to me.
I agree, and I am not going to see it, the search continues for a MH for 2 people with seating for 4 and a Euro 4 engine. And the right price for us.

If my reading of feedback is correct it is all for items he's purchased. The vehicle looks nice if expensive but my opinion dealer looks very avoidable.
Yes, I think there are too many hmmmm's with it, we are not going to see it.

I have found when looking at vans with a floor change gearstick its a good idea to test getting from the drivers seat to the hab area as it can result in bad language (but that may just be me!)

That made me laugh, reminding me of a Top Gear driving lorries and one of them had to have the gearshift removed from his bottom.
