Have a 2012 Bailey 620 Approach based on a Peugeot boxer van. We run the sat nav and dash cam off the socket on the dashboard. We also sometimes charge up our phones or iPads when driving by plugging in a 3 way adaptor to the socket and then plug the dash cam, satnav and iPhone into the adaptor.
So far, there have been no problems but I looked in the handbook provided and can't see where the fuse for that socket is located. I'd like to know this in case we inadvertently overload it and need to change the fuse. We'd be stuffed without the sat nav (well we also use maps but sat nav is really helpful).

Thanks

Try looking in the base vehicle handbook for AUX or AUXILARY socket rather than cig lighter socket.
There should be a diagram and legend in the electrics section.
It will most probably be a 15a fuse.

I assume it's the same as the Fiat, it is in the main fuse box on the underside of the dash.

Ok. Will check the base vehicle handbook. I'll report back when I've found it. Thanks for the heads up re 'Aux or Auxilliary'.

Thanks all. Checked it out today and it is the fuse box exactly where you said it would be. Thanks. Have a supply of blade fuses in case.

Post script: I note from the Peugeot base vehicle hand book, that the fuse box by the driver's door pillar has fuse 56 rated at 15 amps for the 12 v socket but the fuse box in the engine compartment has fuse 14 also rated at 15 amps for the front 12v socket.

So I guess, should the front socket stop working, I will need to check both fuses.
