Hi All,

I have a 2012 Devon Tempest and am looking for an awning, your words of wisdom as to fitted or free standing would be very much appreciated, Thank you.(y)

Personal choice really. I have one fitted, so park up and wind it out, if free standing it will not meet the van so if it rains you will get wet going from awning to van.if free standing you can put it where you like.

.. Or you could get a drive away awning... Some of these will "fit" to the van. Example being the movelite range.
But they can be a bit time consuming to put up

Sorry my reply was for the wind out sunshade.:(

We have an Omnistor with wind blocker sides. We used to have the whole safari room but it was just too heavy to carry around. Works well for us.

Got a Vango Airway, never looked back after trying a couple of others.

Vango airway, brilliant can erect it on my own in very little time.
