Hello,
Im new to the forum, great toread all your stories and be able to interract.
Ive recently bought a 1993 Japanese Import Nissan MH which is the perfect size and layour for me. No doubt I will be interracting quite a lot with you all from here on in.

The interior colour scheme is gloss grey with dark grey T-trim knock on edging, however I want to brighten it up inside and replace the dark grey trip with white.
The problem is the current T-trim is around 18mm-20mm wide and nearly everywhere is only selling 15mm stuff. Furthermore Ive seen a couple of places selling 18mm or 19.5mm but im not sure which mine is. Do you take the total width measurement or the measurement of the board insude the T-trim in the case of eg. double lipped t-trim?
Ive checked amazon and ebay, wondered what othr sources exist for MH parts & accessories.

Thanks for you help guys. Unfortunately seals direct doesnt appear to sell it and ney.co.uk only sell it in minimum length of 100metres.
Any other suggestions? :)

Ask Ney if they have supplied any of the trim you want to any of their customers and if they have then ask for contact details and give them a try to see if they have spare you can buy.
I have successfully gone this route a few times with companies that will only sell to the trade.

Arcade games use 3/4" T-Trim quite a lot. Here's a supplier that I bookmarked when I was building our van. Never used them though:

Probably worth ordering a sample to check for fit - there doesn't seem to be any standardisation of the slot width, so the new trim might be too tight or too loose in the existing slot. Also, I've found that the trim doesn't like being removed and refitted - it fits tightly the first time, but doesn't grip anywhere near as well if you have to remove any and try to put it back.

Ah good tip thanks. I found that last night when using the pozi head screw caps. They kind of warm after theyre pushed in and cant really be re-used.

Well great job on that website, Ive just put an order in. Thanks :)
