Where to buy ? Swift Bessacarr 745 Habitat Door Panel surround seal

have searched high and low but cannot find a habitat door surround seal for 2006 Bessacarr 745.
The original is scuffed and torn and is making the door stick.
Its a simple seal , beige colour and a one piece shape that surrounds the edge of the habitat door covering the door liner screws.
Any one had to buy one, all suggestions gratefully received thank you
