No hot water coming through and now no cold, have been advised by normal maintenance guy and truma that it sounds like "non return valve" is stuck. Hubs at glasto with problem and can survive - I however am having minor panic as need repairing ASAp - holiday to bavaria with lots of "wilding" in 2 weeks
firstly - where is the valve (its a knaus, if that makes any difference) and 2ndly recommended people that can come out to us or within reasonable driving distance of north Oxfordshire to repair pronto! Our normal guy is flat out for 3 weeks, with no gaps

I'm not sure what your system is but think it's normal to have a non return valve in the pump head or outlet..
    Hope you get it sorted..
    Ta andy
