Hi motorhomefuns,

I open this post to ask help regarding the plate normally our motorhome has.
I found the VIN where is the gas bottles but, the little silver plate I cannot find. This plate tell us what model of engine the motorhome has and the weight we can load.

Correct, but I need the weight as I would like to change this detail in DVLA. The DVLA says: revenue weight 2490 KG GROSS and I think tis is almost the weight of the motorhome.
According to the I’d plate it would be max3,300 kgs for both axels combined

As its fairly obvious it has been incorrectly registered you should be able to get DVLA to change it if you give them a photo of the Hymer plate but nothing is certain with DVLA.
Are you sure all the seat belts are factory fitted if so should be easy to change, it really is pot luck dealing with DVLA.
