Just got the MH and on the roof is a teleco sat dish - on the inside of the van there is this..

Next to that is this..

These are both in the bedroom area. Then in a cupboard that has a TV bracket in there is this..

Looks to me like the arial connections are not the satellite screw on type or am I missing something. I can't find any other TV related points in the Van anywhere.

Doesn't matter if they are F type or coax to connect to the TV, I expect the input to the receiver is connected via F type connectors and then the output from the receiver connects to those sockets.

So lets say I gat an Avtex TV or similar with F-Type Connection then I will need a lead that has F-Type one end to TV - and Coax the other end into the van socket/s Correct?

or something like this?

Yes that will do the job but the Telco will probably have it's own receiver then you would be better connecting via HDMI.

Think I am possibly missing the receiver - can't see any other wires leading from the control panel or dish. Would the Receiver in the TV do the job?

If the TV has a sat receiver yes it will do it.

Can you follow wires from the control box, if they go to the co-ax you are in business.

Yes but they tend to not be as good as separate units, I have a Cello TV with sat receiver but still use an Icecrypt receiver.

Just an update, got hold of a F Type to Coax Cable and a Vision Plus TV and plugged it in today. Works great and great picture even on SD channels. I have Sky Q at home but still have my old Sky HD+ box laying around, is it possible to use this with my sky card in the van to get sports etc?

Sky cards are paired to the box if you have multi room you can pair that card to your old box and away you go
