    Hi obanvanman,
just noticed you live on isle of seil. My mate is building a house there at the moment near the tig and tuish (spelling). We visited him a couple of weeks ago. It is a lovely part of the world and we will be visiting him more often when he moves there. The pub were happy for us to stay in their car park as well.

Seems like an awful lot of trouble to go to. Why not just alter the garage slightly? I did it for my neighbors. (y)

Good go with the spelling, it's the Tigh an Truish ( House of trousers ). The people running the pub are great, Gregor and Marion and don't mind an over night stay or two.
Where abouts is the house being built, is it opposite the golf course ?

Hi, the house is about 400 metres passed the pub, on the right near the green electric box. Up a driveway. I think he has just poured the concrete for the footings.
    Glenn.

Know where you are now. Nice spot. We live a bit further down on the right just past the knob with the Sealife Adventures business.

The mate that is building his house has a motorhome, a wild ax so you might see him around .

Love that area. We had a wonderful time on Luing a few years ago and always say we will return - if only so Martin can enter the stone skimming championship. :)
