Rather than converting the van for ceiling hoists I wanted a wheelchair which would fit all the way up the van from passenger seat to the bed at the rear. They were all to wide. Then, a brilliant idea! Change one wheel from the outside to the inside position on the chair. We gained 2 cms enough to fit Sue all the way up the van. When I put her to bed, the chair folds up and fits between the seats at the front.
