I recently replaced my 15” steels with genuine 16” Fiat alloys. The supplier and several others said to use the same bolts for both.
I’ve done a few hundred miles now, I took the precaution of marking the bolts ensuring that I’d know if they loosened, I’ve had no issues, the bolts seated appropriately in the alloys when I fitted them.

Cheers

Ian.

They were on a Burstner van that I had in 2008, I carried a steel spare but when I came to use it the wheel bolts were too long and stopped the wheel going round, I bought a different set and carried them around.
